Had a terrible interaction with these people....calling my number, thinking I was someone else. When I told them that I was not that person and wrong number, I immediately felt harassed
These people are also known as ACSI- if you call their office number they will answer as "ACSI"!
It is my understanding that they are also KNOWN for violating Federal, and State Law for collecting debts. By calling and refusing to deal fairly over the phone with consumer; refusing to properly identify themselves; refusing to properly handle the call under federal and state guild lines for collecting debts from the consumers; using sinister tactics to intimidate and harass!
Get Smart and report their behinds to the Nevada Attorney General's office- file formal complaint. If they get enough, of which there are numerous, they will continue to be under investigation.
Here are names to look out for Audrey H.- she will call on this number (702) 939- ---- and she lies about the company she is calling from (check out her FB page)
There is a man that goes by Eddie "a manager" he is rude and will not allow you to get a word in edge wise.....REPORT THEM!!!
THIS IS A VERBAL CEASE AND DESIST FROM CALLING NUMBER FOR ANY COLLECTION PURPOSES.... this was what I was told to say by an attorney and....... they must CEASE if they continue, screen shot their calls and you can get compensated for the violations!
