| - This is long...so let me sum up the following by saying if i could give 0 stars this company 100% deserves it. NEVER order from them they are HORRIBLE. They lie, they're rude and they can't do what they say they will, all they look for is the $.
Now to begin my story:
I ordered flowers from Ann's flowers on Feb 13th and I knew I was pushing it late for v-day so I called about 6 different companies wondering if they could deliver before 3pm (my mom only works until then). All the other places said no they cannot confirm it before 3 only 5pm which is fine with me I said that's alright hung up the phone. I called Ann's flowers and when I was ordering the lady was so sweet, said no problem we'll be able to accommodate this for you. I was thrilled, I ordered custom flowers for $60 dollars, I asked her what would it look like? Could she make it pink and purple because those were my mom's favourite colours she said she'd try but for such a limited budget what do I expect. $60 dollars for items that grow out of the ground is considered too cheap for good quality but hey it's valentines day!
Today she called at 10am I didn't get the call until 12 because I work for a living, she wrote down my credit card number wrong I fixed it and confirmed again she can deliver it for 3pm because I knew now there was only 3 hours left, it was getitng really close and I know how busy flower shops are but she told me no problem it will be there for 3, I then said you promise or I don't wany my order because she won't get it, ya no problem no problem it'll be there. So at 4:00 I'm wondering why my mom hasn't called to thank me, this is pretty odd. I called her and she told me that at 3:40pm they called to say the delivery was there! My mom had already left. I called the company back very upset as she didn't get her flowers. The same lady I spoke to when I ordered told me that she never guaranteed it and it was traffic how could she control traffic. THEY WORK 1 KM AWAY FROM MY MOM!!!!!!!!!!!
So the woman gets pissed off at me telling me she can't control traffic and hands me off to her daughter. This lady is unbelievable rude and says my mother would never promise that, uhh ya she did or I would've ordered somewhere else, no she didn't no she didn't it was a constant back and forth thing. She finally said what do you want then I said I want my money back she told me to drive the flowers back and she'd give me money I said I live in Toronto, if I was close to my mom I would bring her some myself. She said fine get your mom to bring them back tomorrow, i told her that my mom only works part time. She said fine bring them back on Tuesday...ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I said there's no way my mom is going to drive back flowers to you. So she finally agreed to give me my money back because "I don't have time to deal with you" and then at the end said "if you want flowers delivered on time next time deliver them yourself"
Man no wonder online companies are replacing people like you. Ever think why your mom tell me she couldn't control traffic if she didn't promise me she would have it there for 3 o clock? You are 1 km away!!!! The rudest customer service I've ever experience. I get that I was cutting it close HENCE why I called multiple companies, I get you're busy, and I even get if you can't make it but CALL ME don't show up 40 minutes later than you promised and pretend that you didn't do anything wrong. You guys are unbelievable, my mom works for a company with a lot of clients in the area, I'll be SURE to let her know about the situation.
Old school thought CANT work in a new shcool environment.
