I have a 2010 Subaru Outback that recently needed some body work due to my bone-headed antics. Upon calling Subaru South Blvd., B&R was recommended to me (along with a second shop).
I went in for a quote at both shops and B&R was significantly lower priced. I even went back to make sure they estimated the work correctly and they were confident in their abilities and their price.
Service was knowledgeable and very helpful during the estimate and the process of leaving my car with them. A couple of minor parts had to be ordered from Subaru to complete the work and they failed to come in on time, which delayed B&R's estimated completion date. I was a little annoyed that I had to call to get an update on my car, but otherwise didn't have any complaints.
I was thoroughly impressed with how my car looked when I got it back and pleased that I didn't pay a ton more at the other place I checked. The only other issue that bothers me is that I was supposed to get a call when the vinyl chip guard came in from Subaru so that B&R could install it....well I still haven't gotten that phone call and it's been 6 weeks since I picked the car up. It's not a big deal, or I would have called already, but again the lack of updates is a little frustrating.
Overall, I would recommend B&R to anyone. They are reasonable in price, accommodating, and produce quality work. The only negative is their poor communication, at least the employee who handled my claim.
