  • I have been using Koodo Mobile Cell Phone for almost a year, I am happy with the phone, to the point that I have not had to call tech support once, Yay. My hearing is not the greatest, but the volume can be turned up to a volume that I do not need to use a secondary hearing aid to hear the ringer or the person on the other end of the call. The only problem I have is there advertising, why do they lie when they have a great product. They advertise that you do not have to sign any contract with them, this is true, you have to sign a tab with them, which is a three page contract. Now they are offering a free caller ID and voicemail if you pay $5 more a month, how is that free?
