rev:text	My boyfriend got me a Groupon to enjoy a massage for my birthday. I've been trying to get in to use it but every single time I do this place is always booked solid. So I am thinking that's a good sign. I usually get monthly massage because I workout a lot and have a job that is very active. I told the receptionist that I am looking for a deep tissue massage therapist. She was very rude and short with me and said that all of the therapists were qualified to give deep tissue. So I booked the appointment. The day of my service, I came in early to fill out paperwork, which is standard at massage chains. The lobby was empty with water cups on the table but with no one to be found. 2 minutes before my service the receptionist finally came out, smelled like smoke and very rude as well. I filled out the form they gave me and sat patiently. The therapist didn't take me back until almost 10 minutes after my appointment. The massage itself was terrible. My therapist seemed to be in a little bit of a rush. I've gotten a lot of massages before and it felt like she had no idea what she was doing. If anything, my neck and shoulders felt worse. She cut my service early too. I was only in service for less than 40 minutes. I got out to leave, the receptionist didn't even look up from her cell phone. She told me that everything was take care of and didn't even look at me. So I walked out. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. I feel like they need to work on their customer service skills and get therapists that actually want to be there and know what they're doing. Terrible place!
