  • STAY AWAY - EXPENSIVE AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I just had a very BAD experience at Klinke, my first and last time going there. I dropped a 4 shirts, a suit, and my wife's skirt to be done. When I dropped them off, the guy would not give me a price for any item, saying that it depended on various things. I found this strange. I just went to pick them up, and the bills was rather expensive, so I questioned how much each item cost. He seemed very irritated that I would ask such a question, and tried to shoo me out of the store. I insisted on seeing the itemized bill - which was different from how he described it - and he became increasingly irritated. I asked for his manager's information, and he then asked me where I worked. I asked why this information might be relevant, and he said because he would like to be my customer, presumably to come and harass me. Creepy. What's more, I have NEVER paid that much for dry cleaning that amount of items. Shirts cost at least $2 more per shirt than they should cost. Everyone says they are overpriced and they are right.
