  • My appointment was scheduled at incorrect time. Even though I was notified incorrectly and took time off work to come see the doctor, no accommodations were made. The doctor Roberts refused to see me. The only suggestion was to reschedule. How about I reschedule and it will be noted incorrectly and I just continue going back and forth till they get it right. The doctor obviously doesn't care to keep her patients.
