  • To be honest, it wasn't terrible. I've been to the Downtown location and this location, and in terms of the quality they were pretty similar, but this place was definitely slower (at least when I was there at 4pm). I had the lychee green tea with pearls. It took about 15 minutes as there were four orders before me (one of them being a 5-person order), but they were definitely understaffed considering the place was a full house. It was also extremely loud inside, so I ended up having my drink outside. The place is simply too small for the demand it gets. Free wifi is available, but it wasn't working when I tried to log in. There's also the wifi from Elegance beside Chatime, but even that wasn't working when I tried it. I won't go out of my way to have bubble tea here since it did cost $5, and in Markham you can easily find bubble tea places for $3 (think First Markham Place).
