  • I would like to say firstly that I love Zara and shop in store very often, however this location has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced, and continue to experience any time I choose to shop in this location. The service we received was fine while shopping in the store. No one greeted us, but we didn't think anything of it. The store is big after all. Upon finding a few items to try on, we made our way to the fitting rooms where we had to walk around piles of clothing on the counters, the floor, and even in the dressing rooms. It was a cluttered mess. When my mother asked the sales associate if she could grab her a different size in a top, she replied that she didn't know where it was and that they don't do that here so my mother had to go out into the store and grab another size for herself. After choosing a couple pieces to purchase we made our way to the till. The line up to pay was all the way to the door of the store on a Thursday at 1:30pm. Only one girl working at the cash desk while three employees laughed, and were on an iPad off to the side. 14 minutes later we paid and left the store. I would like to say we won't be shopping here again, however with this being the only location in Calgary it's unrealistic. So with frustration and annoyance I admit I will be back to shop here even though it pains me.
