  • Last night when my partner came home our A.C was blowing hot hair.. He called the 24 hour maintenance and they brought us a portable A.C unit till the morning.. Thank god! First thing in the A.M. 7:45 possible (before office hours) they came knocking on the door to fix the problem.. and 20 minutes later it was fixed. They were very kind and super quick. He said he was the maintenance supervisor.. and I see why he holds that position.. You always read bad reviews.. but I love this place.. We moved in one month ago.. called maintenance once before as well with a quick response. We have no cockroach issues or anything..
