  • I broke my cellphone in the morning and ended up at Best Buy for lunch. Jairo in the cellphone department was absolutely fantastic!!! He took his time with me helping me choose my new cellphone. I had questions and he had the answers. He didn't rush me and made me feel like I was the most important customer there even though there were others waiting. He even helped me get my new cellphone up and running and explaining all the features of my new phone. Jairo is a awesome asset to Best Buy!!!! Thank you!!!!
