  • This company is CORRUPT. They sent a plumber to my mother's home to get a quote for a hot water heater replacement. I almost fell over when I saw the quote. $110 dollars for the water heater straps alone. I purchased these straps at Home Depot for my heater for $15 dollars! They also quoted $105 dollars for the cheap metal pan that goes under it. And then said they need to charge $175 dollars for a bulding permit! On top of that, they tried to tell my mother that the pipe that leads to the wall is not to code and that fixing that would be an additional couple hundred dollars. This pipe is placed to code. Our family friend is a certified home inspector and we had him look at it and his exact words were "these people are crooks, stay away!" So since my mother is elderly, which is why they tried to take advantage of my mother I'm sure, I called to question the quote. An extremly rude woman who stated she was the office manager and gave no name became nasty when I began to question each charge. She then hung up on me and would not answer when I attempted to call back. The total quote was for about $750, and this is AFTER the portion to be paid by my mother's home warranty! Stay away from this company, please! This company has to be the biggest bunch of crooks I have ever come across in this town. BE WARNED!
