Was out running errands and spotted this place with a "Grand Opening" sign so I thought I would give it a try. Ordered the beef brisket sandwich and they were out of a couple sides so I ended up with mac and cheese and waffle fries. Everything was pretty decent. The side containers for the beans and mac and cheese are pretty small while you get a pretty large portion of waffle fries, not sure why the disparity between the two. The sandwich was also pretty well loaded with meat and there didn't appear to be a lot of fat or funk on it, which is nice. The various BBQ sauces on the table were a good touch.
