So....uptown doesn't need to be so uppity.......I spent $16.00 this morning in this coffee shop. I asked if my cinnamon roll could please be heated and the "helper" stated, "Those just came out of the oven". Last I checked, I don't have any problems telling the difference between, cold, warm and hot. My roll was cold. I just ate it that way.
Not going back anytime soon. Customer-centricity is all about making your customer feel welcome so that they will come back. What a pity that one female ruined my first time customer service experience.
