Decided to come here for my bday, had a massage and a facial. I wrote a feedback letter regarding my facial, and how time was cut short, hand/foot massage was skipped, another concern was she came to get me 10mins into my appointment which had nothing to do with me, left me for long lengths of time to have me change which I already was and to get product. Once she started the service everything she put on my face was quickly removed. This is not my first facial I know how long it feels and I've never felt so rushed.
Totally disappointed never coming back! especially after spending over $300.

Thank you for sending us your feedback, I am glad that you've had amazing experiences with us. I have taken the time to review your feedback regarding the facial service that you received yesterday.
With regards to timing I checked our security cameras from the hallway outside of the treatment room to verify service times. I did notice that the length of times that your service provider left for you to change and to dispense products were normal periods of time for the service provider to leave, 2 minutes to get settled into the room and 4 minutes to dispense product. I understand that it can feel like a longer stretch of time. I did double check and the overall treatment time was 53 minutes. The facial is listed as a 60 minute service but there are a few variable minutes depending on the clients skincare needs.
Regarding your concern about missing the hand massage and hot towels I will share your feedback with the service provider when she returns tomorrow in order to discuss improvements.
