  • i had triple 7 movers move my items locally from sw vegas to nw vegas at the beginning of march. i had an antique piece(a marble washboard, that weighed over 200lbs), that i specifically pointed out to the movers several times, telling them it was very precious to me. after they moved it into my new house, 2 of the wheels had been broken off. i referred it to the office, which sent out a repairman, who said he couldn't fix it by himself, because of the weight alone. they tried sending out 2 more repair people on different occasions, with the same response. i filed an insurance claim with their carrier. my furniture was to be insured at .60 per lb. the insurance carrier came back to me with a settlement of $8.99. what a load of crap! now my piece is broken and i have to shell out money to get it fixed?!? i WOULD NEVER recommend TRIPLE 7 MOVERS. imagine what they would do if i had moved cross country. looking at more recent reviews, i see many people are very disappointed in their service.
