  • Okay...I generally have nothing good to say about airlines these days, but did have an exceptional experience with Allegiant recently. Their check-in desk staff at the Las Vegas site were so friendly and accommodating, which is unheard of with other airlines. The on-time flight and landing were smooth in spite of horrible weather conditions. But the BEST part was being able to retrieve my IPod Touch that was left in a seat pocket. An agent from Las Vegas called within an hour of my email, the next day after our flight, with instructions on how to receive my lost property. Yes, Allegiant charges extra for everything, but with that kind of personal service, I'll gladly pay the extra bucks to do business with Allegiant!
