  • This place is horrible and am embarrassment to Las Vegas. 1) The restaurants are extremely overpriced and the staff is awful. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought it was serve yourself. 2) The amount of harassment you receiving walking throughout the hotel from people trying to sell you a timeshare is enough to make you want to leave. 3) The power went out in our hotel room and remained off through the remainder of the night. Nothing worked. We were not advised, the front desk did not care, and the power company was not notified. Customer service is very lackluster -- but guest safety... shouldn't that be priority? It's not. Do not bother bringing your concerns to the staff... they have the same approach to concerns as they do to the safety of their guests -- don't care.
