We had dinner on April 27th. Two of our party self-identified with the waiter as needing gluten- free treatment. We ordered small plates: Roasted Grape Salad, Stuffed Banana Peppers, Fish Tacos, Spanish Spicy Potatoes, Gazpacho, Grilled Vegetables and Stuffed Quail. The food was DELICIOUS! However our waiter did not attend adequately to our need for gluten-free selections. The Stuffed Banana Peppers were initially presented with toast on the plate. The Fish Tacos were originally prepared/presented in flour tortillas. The Stuffed Quail was presented on top of toast slices. In each case we provided feedback to our waiter. Even after receiving feedback on the Stuffed Banana Peppers and the Fish Tacos he STILL did not ensure proper treatment of subsequent order of Stuffed Quail.
