  • Overpriced. Told me he could not fix a pair of shoes of mine because I used Gorilla Glue on them I went to a different shoe repair store the same day the the man said not a problem he would grind down the Gorilla Glue off my shoes and fix them to brand new. They now look fabulous and brand new. The owner at Jovas is very very old school so if you're looking for something a little more updated friendly and easier-to-use I suggest going elsewhere. Especially if you're already tried to fix your shoes yourself it's like he gets offended.
