  • I was new to the city and found her through Google while searching for cat groomers since my cat is a senior domestic long-hair. I was desperate to get her shaved as it was getting hotter and more humid. I was very intrigued by the positive reviews and her friendly personality over the phone when setting the appointment. She also generously offered to come in on a day when she was not actually open, but I was just thankful she called me as soon as she got my message. Kat was really kind and personable on top of being professional. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about how to handle my cat, even though she didn't enjoy getting shaved! She calmed my cat down, taught me and my boyfriend a bit about how to handle her, and was very quick as well. The facility is really nice and organized, and payment was fair and easy to complete. If you need a groomer, she's excellent!
