  • Came here at 8:00 this morning with my son looking for a good hot breakfast experience. The restaurant was 1/3 full. I ordered the chicken mushroom omelet with mushroom cream sauce, hash browns and an English Muffin. It arrived barely warm and upon complaining was brought a side of sauce. I will not return...my omelet obviously.was either not fresh made or sat in the kitchen too long. Even the muffin had need pre toasted and served as if an afterthought. Hash browns were blah. Mashed inferior...barely crisped at all. My son had eggs over easy with a tiny grilled chicken breast and a side of spinach. Couldn't eat the unseasoned, lukewarm spinach, but his eggs and grill marked chicken were adequately hot. He commented that we might have faired better at Dennys...though we both avoid that alternative. If your looking for a good traditional breakfast, I'd recommend you avoid US Egg. I paid $27. 99 minus tip...water to drink which would be ok if food was hot and better prepared...it was not! Right now turned off of getting a breakfast experience for a while! Wait staff barely made it to our table to leave bill...let alone ask how the food was.
