Living here has been a pretty huge disappointment. Wish I would have listened to some of the reviews. I haven't left a bad review yet online for anything, but I wanted others to know what they could expect before they sign a lease here. The owners of the apartment are pretty frugal. Downstairs floors, with the exception of the lobby where potential lease signers are brought to, are kept at typically around 90 degrees in the summer often exceeding temperatures outside. In addition, elevators are incredibly slow. 3 of the 4 elevators have been broke for a couple of weeks now. Noone in upper management seems to care that there are typically lines of upwards of 20 people on a single floor waiting on average about 15 minutes for an elevator. If you have a question about your lease or unfair charges that were on your account, good luck getting an answer. I was actually charged for the previous tenants utilities for a time that I didn't even live here. I came home one day to find a lawsuit posted to my door about overdue utilities when I had never even seen a bill. I went to the office to try to resolve it and their solution was to switch all utilities over to my name without warning me with charges that included the previous tenants utilities dating back to over 4 months before I lived here. I have attempted to contact the office about this matter 4 times, everytime I am assured someone will get back to me......they have not responded to any of my followups. It seems like a lot of the leasing and front desk people are nice and have good intentions, my guess is that upper management is a complete mess, and they are simply concerned only about money and cramming as many people into apartments as possible. I would not recommend these apartments until they fix these issues and start treating tenants as people instead of just numbers.
