rev:text	I've been a customer of Brakes Plus over 15 years. My vehicle ,my wife's vehicle and both my daughters. NO MORE Damage was done to my daughters 2013 Ford Focus during a change of a tail light. After trying for 3 days to talk to the Manager Mark P. I was told by Mark the damage was not done by his guys.....sorry Brakes Plus and Mark that's a lie. I know what my daughters car looked like when it was brought in for an oil change and the damage that was done on Monday 4/4 was not there before the car was brought in. Obviously Mark I must be lying. I've worked in the retail industry for over 25 years and its been a long since I've such callous disregard for a loyal customer.
