First time diner.
Taco Salad: with ground beef, no beans, add guacamole.
The shell was perfect. The ground beef and cheese were at the bottom under a mound of finely shaved lettuce. The cheese was white and at first, I thought their was no cheese because it was melted into the ground beef. If there had been more beef and cheese, it would have been awesome, but for $8, this was a serious let down.
Chimichanga: carne asada, sour cream on the side, add guacamole. Taste- blah.
Very perfect fried outer shell. So much mushy flour tortilla folded inside with a "where's the beef?" feeling. Again, the cheese was melted into the meat (carne asada was great). I think there was some beans???? Lettuce and tomato on the side.
I spent $16 total and the best part was the crispy tortilla shell????
Meat and cheese were definitely lacking. I'm sad.
