rev:text	The worst experience I ever had!! When they say 1/2 an hr, they mean 1.5 hrs Just for a a quote! They recommend unnecessary work, and they have the worst customer service. The guy at the front desk, Straighten up your attitude!!! And learn more about customer service. I'm not stupid, I went to this place a second time(my second mistake), to get an honest opinion, and I get taken advantage of. This guy tells me I need my rotors turned and a brake pad replacement. guess what?! They turned my rotors less than a year ago. So i did the job myself, and it costed me 60 bucks!!! Saved myself 300.00 dollars.The reason why I went there, was because I had no time. I'm mechanically inclined, so I'm not going to get screwed, so I did it myself. I remember brake masters years ago as a good place for service..? Those days are over. Where is the good ol American honesty??
