I've stayed here several times this summer. Great hotel, super staff. Right next to Westgate entertainment center with tons of restaurants, bars, etc. but other than all of that the location is kind of off on its own (which is why I like it). The lobby bar is awesome and has a great staff. The food is okay...some things that sounded good, but ingredient overload made several too fussy sounding. The bar staff said they could order food with/without anything I wanted, and admitted that 90% of people ordered the one thing without two of the ingredients being touted on the menu. Only slight criticism I may have is that it is hit or miss whether the club lounge will be open. Some days it isn't open at all, some days open for breakfast but not in the evening, etc. One stay it wasn't open at all. When I asked at desk they offered points. Anyway, there's a ton of stuff one hundred yards away so it's not an inconvenience at all. I really can't say enough about how wonderful the Renaissance team is, though!
