  • Horrible. This was my first and last visit to the new take 5 near me since they opened recently. Started out by waiting an extended amount of time 25 min, so much for the fastest oil change my rear! Why do I have to wait so long when I am the only one in line and there are 3 people running around inside? When there is a line of cars it makes sense to get the people inside before they drive away. Had I waited 5 more minutes I would have left. Somebody needs to explain customer service to the people running this location. I received no explanation as to why it took so long to get me inside.
