  • Find Juan... "Juan at Apple" might be my new spirit animal... I came in late before closing for help with my external hard drive... he was handling 2 other customers with problems and did it well. I didn't feel neglected or rushed... He stayed past closing time to make sure all my questions and problems were answered and understood... he did it all with a smile on his face.. ps- he's easy on the eyes and his energy will turn you to butter... just saying Asked to see his manager "Adam" to let him know Juan... his employee ... "was a bad ass." Got tongue tied and sounded like a fan girl.. long story short.. I LOVE APPLE comps and their people.. xox
