  • I'd give them no stars if that were possible! We've been dealing with this company of incompetents since we moved into our rental property last summer! Unfortunately, we are under a property management company & are locked into using them. They are seriously the worse. I cannot imagine they hire trained professionals to be their techs. We've had every part of our a/c unit changed and our air conditioner is still not working properly. Each tech that comes out gives us a different reason as to why the a/c isn't working, say they fixed it, and leave. Last summer they came out 3 times and really never fixed the problem and they have been back out 4 times since March 2013 and STILL can't fix the problem. They've also had 2 no-shows. Clearly they are not professionals! I would definitely not recommend using them if you can choose your own company.
