  • Not sure what the concept is , nothing you couldn't get at any other Vietnamese restaurant for a lot cheaper Note the ventilation is poor inside so if you have other plans after dining there I would advise having a change of clothes . The place absolutely wreaked of nuoc mam (fish sauce) and the food was extremely salty.
