My husband and I rented a home from Century 21 Northwest and had Tricia Chambers as our property manager. It has been a living hell from the day we signed our papers to get the home. They wanted to push our move in date another week or 2 out because the home was not ready yet. We had already purchased a moving van for the weekend so we couldn't cancel it. We told them we couldn't wait another week or 2 and that they had plenty of time to get the house cleaned and repaired. The day we got the keys to the house, there was a painter in our home that was authorized to only paint one wall. The entire home needed to be painted. The walls looked like they were see through. The grout was brown almost black but the original color of the grout was a sand color. Yeah, they said they cleaned the house before we moved in yet my husband and I had to clean the entire house with bleach because some of the walls had either pee or soda stains on them. GROSS!!!! The list really goes on and on but needless to say after 2 years of dealing with Tricia Chambers, we decided to finally find another rental home with a different company and we are SOOOO glad we did. The company we are renting from is extremely professional and they apologized that we had to deal with a company like Century 21 Northwest. We were 1st time renters at the time. Giving them 1 star is ludicrous because they don't even deserve 1 star. Do Not do any type of business with this company. Stay clear of Tricia Chambers as well.
