  • Literally worst location ever. I've had so many bad experiences at this location in the 2 years I've been coming here it's ridiculous. Shame on me for going back but it just happens to be 2 mins from my house. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 6 years. Went in on Sunday to get my sisters iPhone upgraded as hers had been giving her issues for months. Went in first thing in the AM the guy who helped us was nice. Told him the issues she was having with her phone and that she needed an upgrade. She had already backed up all pics and contacts so it should have been an easy processes ... but no. We ended up having to go back 3 TIMES bc as soon as she would leave her phone would say "cannot connect to server" to make a long story short the dude never activated her SIM card. Are. You. Joking. Me. Such a waste of day and time! It's always super busy on Sundays & we had to wait around for hours for nothing! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! Something this simple shouldn't be overlooked! Looks like we'll be driving elsewhere to get our services from here on out.
