| - By far the worst storage location I have dealt with in the last ten years. Convenient location for storing work items for an account, but the poor communication by staff (Shannon) both email and verbally frustrated me that I moved account and storage items to a less convenient location which was farther away from account. Did I save money switching?, Absolutely not, if you consider time and effort to move items, sign a new contract, drive further from account, etc. Customer beware if you sign up at this location. Storage fees jumped on anniversary date 25% and I was told "because it's in your contract". Staff are rarely in their work areas, leaving a note when they will return on the door. No big deal if you have hours to waste for a company who does not appreciate the customer's time. Posted business hours are when the business should be open. I was told that "you know we are allowed to take a 30 minute lunch", but when my schedule is short and the manager returns and and hour and half after her "posted" return time, not good. 4 times in 45 days had to call customer service to text or email the manager on duty to return to their office, in the mean time I and other customers wait outside for the manager to return and open the door. Public Storage needs to change their name to Public Waste of Time!, which is how I will refer to them from now on anytime I am asked who I use for business storage.
