  • ***THE TREATMENT IS UNACCEPTABLE they dont care about loyalty, or reviews from what im reading***The only reason why im placing 1 star is because i cant put 0 stars, The female and male employee are ridiculous. They are rude and unprofessional. I called in to find out about my pet and they hung up on me. I left my pet there for almost 5 hours ! yes 5 hours! All they did was wash my dog and didn't even cut his hair ! All they offered was 10$ off! When i asked for more of a discount , i was confronted by both employees and was told to take my dog and never come back ! This is the worst customer services i have had in my entire life. I would never in my life would consider or refer any one here. I cant believe how they are selective on who they treat well. If Im a paying customer i should be treated fair and equal.
