  • McDhurries is a throw back to the classic model of old fashioned customer service. My husband and I went there looking for a rug for our dinning room. We wondered upon walking in to their showroom if we were a bit out of our league as both the space and their rug selection are really lovely and fancy looking. They have MANY options in many styles, sizes, and prices. A man named Thome greeted us and took time to understand what we were looking for. Despite our tight budget, he never made us feel out of place, in fact he assured us that we could find something. He was right. When we found a rug we thought we liked, he encouraged us to take it home and try it out for free. He loaded the rug into our car and off we went. When I called back a few days later to tell him we loved the rug and would be keeping it, he remembered us right away and took care of everything over the phone. He was friendly and efficient and made me wish that we had more rugs to buy! Their selection is beautiful and so is their service!
