  • WOW what a disappointment! I have dined here several times and often recommended this restaurant for its steak. The last couple of times were not the best, but tonight 10/12/17 was the worst. Food came out at the wrong temperature twice and instead of correcting the situation, the manager tried to say what their definition of steak temperatures were different from other steak houses. Umn well it must be different from night to night because Inhad previously dined here and the steak came out at the appropriate temperature. He then tries to act like we wanted something for free... I'm on a business trip so my company pays for this, but I didnt even argue. Just paid the check and know that I will not be back. Quality, service and experience is just poor. I will go to Rare or the Tornado Room for my steak moving forward. They need to go out of business.
