  • Came to Cappy's for our work holiday party! Walked in and loved the intimate feel of the place. It's such a down home yinzer bar in Shadyside. Such a contrast to many of the places on Walnut street. It really feels like an authentic Pittsburgh place. The staff was very attentive and prompt. The drinks were really strong which is always a plus. Their perogies are really good! They had an entire spread for the party but I certainly like the stuffed one with cheese and onion the best. If you are looking for somewhere to chill with cheap drinks, and a casual atmosphere, hit up Cappys!
