  • This use to be my favorite grocery store for the longest time until recently. With all the new changes, renovations and new hires they're customer service has gone down the drain. My last shopping trip there for ingredients to cook a delicious vegan curry and tiki masala will be the last. I've been a regular shopper here for as long as I could remember till now. While in the Asian and Indian food aisle, two older Caucasian women were filling shelves and having the most crude culturally offensive conversation about Asian and Indian food. While I was shopping for curry paste, these two employees joked loudly and proudly about their views and experiences and eating the very same cuisine they were shelving. They made numerous loud crude comments about eating "chihuahua burgers" and "gold retriever skewers" and so on. I was so offended that I began to ask other employees if I could speak to a supervisor or manager on duty. No one was able to assist or direct me to speak to one. I'm deeply saddened and disappointed at this level of customer service.
