  • I can't say I'm an authority on BBQ, but the ribs here are nothing short of stellar. I just got the 1/2 rack of ribs, and 6 huge, tasty, fall-off-the-bone ribs showed up. With sides of potato salad and collards - it made an amazing meal. While I tried and tried, I couldn't quite finish the ribs (yay leftovers!) - but I'm definitely left much more than satisfied. Anytime I come to Charlotte from now on - this is the place I will look forward to (previously on the list were Sticky Fingers and 521 BBQ).
