  • **AVOID** We were with Anderson for years & they could never take care of the problems we were having. We canceled with Anderson & finally switched to another company that was able to solve our problem. Initially, the company we switched to came out multiple times a month for no additional cost. Now they come once a month and within 24 hours if we have an emergency of sorts. If Anderson ever had to come out for anything other than our regular service we got charged. After being with the new company for over a YEAR we got a notice in the mail from a collections agency informing us that we had a balance owing with Anderson. I had no idea we even had a balance??? Once I was aware of the balance, I immediately paid it. I guess it's too hard for Anderson to print a statement & stick a stamp on it! Now I have a negative item on my credit report from this awful company. This is really a sad & terrible way to do business! **AVOID**
