| - MUST READ!!!!! If you are planning to purchase a car here, TURN AROUND AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!! This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR PROFESSIONALISM AND THE WORST CAR SALESMAN EVER!!!!!
My husband and I originally went here just to "LOOK" at some cars. NOTE: We did not have any money saved for this kind of purchase, we were just going to "look" and see if one of these cars would be worth wanting to invest in, in the future.
We told the car salesman from the very beginning that we were just "looking." He was nice at first, he even let us test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee (beautiful car BTW). We reminded him we were just looking (again) and if possible, could we see how much it would be if we put "x" amount of dollars down etc just to see in the future how much we would need to put down to get us at a comfortable monthly payment.
Anyway, he did all that for us, in the end, he was VERY VERY PUSHY! We reminded him we were just looking and he said "couldn't you call someone to help you with your down payment? Like maybe a family member?" HE'S TRIPPEN!!! It was way off and out of a budget that we would even think of paying. He was very desperate to sell that car to us even tho we didn't have the money. He made us feel really uncomfortable. His manager was an a**hole who was very friendly in the beginning but once we said we didn't have the money, he didn't want to talk to us anymore. The salesman went up to him trying to ask for another deal but his manager was pissed (maybe because he ran some numbers for us which was probably a waste of his 5 mins). He flicked his hand at the salesman as if he didn't want to be bothered anymore and closed his office door. RUDE!
In the end, I just wanted to leave. The car salesman really seemed like he just wanted to sell a car more than anything rather than helping us. BTW... Before we tried to leave he kept asking us to ask someone if they could help us with a down payment again lol I couldn't take it anymore, he was angry and probably talking smack about us to his other co-workers as we walked off the parking lot. Because this experience, I hated EVERY CAR SALESMAN. JEEP CHRYSLER ruined my experience.

If you're looking for a new car, go to GAUDIN FORD (215 & Roy Horn). I had the BEST experience in purchasing a new car there. They are professional, patient and very very informative. Dovanne and Charles helped us get an awesome deal, in our price range, and exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend GAUDIN FORD to everyone!
