rev:text	I am reviewing the vision center that is located within the Streetsboro Walmart. I live in Hudson, which is the town next to Streetsboro, where this Walmart is located. Because I had a wonderful eye exam at this Walmart two years ago at I decided to go back again as all that I needed was a new script for contacts. What a mistake!!!! My appointment was at 4:20 and I was right on time. I walked in and stood there for a several minutes, at which point a young man asked me why I was there and when I informed him I was there for an exam I was directed to a chair and given a few pages to fill out regarding my medical history. As I had been there less than two years ago I asked him if they still had me on file. Hmmmm...guess not but as I have had issues with ocular histoplasmosis I would rather err on the side of caution and so I filled out the paperwork. I continued to sit there and listened to the woman next to me chastise her son (grandson?) because he was so out of control and "crazy".He was in and of the examining room. Those are/were her words, not mine~ he was so off grid that I can't really be sure what his handicap might have been. There is a possibilty that he was autistic or had other emotional issues~ but the older woman with him kept admonishing him and being abusive (NO!!! I NEVER SAID THAT! YOU ARE MAKING THAT UP! BECAUSE I SAID SO! NO WE CAN NOT GET YOUR PHONE! PICK OUT ANY PAIR!!!! DON'T BE SUCH AN ASS! QUIT BEING STUPID!) Evidently these people had an "IN"~ I heard the woman state that her appointment was for 5:20 but she was called in BEFORE I was and after I had been sitting there for almost a hour. SHE AND HER WARD WERE ABSOLUTELY FAWNED OVER. THEY CERTAINLY GOT great CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I did not. So, in effect I was kept waiting for AN HOUR because her squeaky wheel got the grease. I was not apologized to~ for that matter I was not even given an explanation for the delay. I was in and out in ten minutes. She was there when I walked in at 4;20 and was still ranting and raving (and getting GREAT customer service) when I left at 5:45. There is NO EXCUSE for this and I will never go back. NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN
