  • Terrrible. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions, never again! The lady was so rude. I got them done and when I got home I noticed that the left eye was crooked and not fully attached in one spot. So I called to see if she could fix it and she told me that since I already said it was good she cannot fix it. I told her I was just going to come in and have it fixed really fast and she hung up on me.. I had to call back to ask when they close.. When I got to the salon she wouldn't stop yelling at me. I had to calm her down so I could tell her what the problem was. My boyfriend and I were showing her where the lashes were falling off and she said she didn't see it.. It was pathetic. She finally said she would fix it and my boyfriend literally had to show her the exact lashes that were wrong, she didn't wanna help at all. After she "fixed" them I still didn't like it. It was just way too much I felt like a showgirl. I asked her to just take them off, I didn't need my money back because that was just another fight I didn't want to have. Worst customer service ever. She had zero pride in her work, I looked like a clown.
