| - Have been going here regularly for a few months. Called ahead of time for a pedicure. Never have had a bad experience here! But until I met the technician "Tammy" everything went terribly. She wouldn't listen to me. She was rude. A color didn't work out and I told her on this on the first toe, but she ignored me and kept going until my whole foot was done. Then, she was frustrated when I told her it wasn't going to work. She then took it off. I asked for sea salt only, she brought me parrafin wax. She purely was not listening. I ended up paying more then I've ever payed for a pedicure here before, yet I always get the same thing. I still payed and tipped, yet asked what the deal was. The receptionists called her over, admitted TO ME she was being rude when she dropped me off at the front desk, and then she left. They then BROUGHT her back (the technician) and started arguing with me. The receptionist shooed her away because of how absurd it was. I do not pay to deal with this. I pay for a service and relaxation. It wasn't the money, I simply stated I had an awful experience and wanted maybe a free service of some sort. The front desk girl then left to talk to the owner. Meanwhile, A random customer came up to me, and stated bluntly "i would be surprised if they did anything for you, I've been going here for years." I asked if she had issues there before and she said "yes that's why I have my specific technicians and I will follow them wherever they go." I got $7 back. She was right. It was laughable. Never. Ever. Going back again.
