  • This place is awesome! Walk in and fondle any Apple hardware you want. Hit the Pricing app on the device you have in your hand and up comes the description of what it is and the prices for the difference versions. If you are buying a newly released phone, you need to book ahead online if it is close to the release date. Check ahead online before you go. For repairs you need to book a time online and then check in when you get to the store so they know you are there. For iPhone screen protectors they can install them with a machine while you wait, but the machine only does Belkin SPs which come in glossy or matt for around $40. The installation is flawless and quick. I've had great experiences visiting the Eaton Centre Apple Store with most recently me cracking the Belkin screen protector which is made of thin glass, which they covered even though it wasn't their product since it was only a few days old. Don't assume anything with their service and you are likely going to be satisfied leaving the store. Recommended!
