  • I'm updating my review due to the fact the owner actually reads these comments and reached out to me to resolve the issues I had & was very accommodating & shows that he truly cares what his patrons think & I appreciate that:) First and foremost the reason I will continue to go here for Nassi she is amazing !!! Her customer service is stellar and has the best work ethic.I have brought my son in since the owner reached out to me , I have had the pleasure of having her she is patient,kind and wants to make sure his hair looks great even though he's not even two :) I was so pleased with her I have no decided to have her do my hair from now on I would give her 5 stars just for her !!! She is requested and booked by special appointments so make sure to call and request her you won't be disappointed you can call salon to request her but they will have you call another number to speak with her directly so I will provide the number for your convenience :) 805-218-7409 , another note I would like to add was a girl named Brook who was in front was extremely friendly and helpful & an other gentleman they all displayed great team work to help me when my son got fussy during his cut I was very happy that they were sweet enough to come over and try to help me ease him :)
