  • 1 Star for this company .. and it goes to the employees who know the company they work for is ridiculous. My aunt called me to get her, her battery wouldn't even take a jump. Got to her about 25 mins after she called..sat and waited 45 mins for a tow truck that should've been there 15 mins ago only to be told it's 10 mins away. Waited about 30 mins, called to find out what was going on, was told the first truck had an accident and the one they were going to send out was broke down. Should be about 20 mins. Wait another 30 mins call back only to be told it'll be around 20 mins. Tell the girl on the phone my aunt is diabetic and it's Hot need to get her home, assures us that we can lock the truck and take the keys, we don't have to be there. An hour later get a call from the guy who will be towing it telling her she needs to bring the keys. Told him to just leave the truck and she'll be calling her insurance company requesting a different tow service. DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED TOW COMPANY.
