rev:text	My daughter was in the ER due to severe abdominal pain, the first nurse in the Er was amazing and so helpful! That's where the good service ends! They did a pelvic ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound then a CT, while we were in the ER. Found nothing and offered to send her home with some drugs to help with the pain or keep her over night to run more tests. We decided, ok, keep her, we want to know what's going on. I can't send her home as a single mom with 2 kids who has to work and drive etc on some kind of opioids! So after hearing they are keeping her over night, about two hours goes by and another moron doctor comes in and asks the same questions and says, "I think we should do an ultrasound and see what's going on"! Really, like another one! No, she didn't even read the chart and didn't know that she already had two and a CT! I asked, "how about an MRI?" She stated, "oh, no, we can see everything we need to with the ultrasound". NOT TRUE! Finally they get her a room at 10pm after waiting 5 hours for one to open. I leave at midnight and I come back the next day to find that NOTHING has been done. She still hasn't eaten at 1pm the next day bc number one: there's no phone in her room and number two: no one told her that she had to order her food like room service! I have now been here for 6 hours and the only two times the nurse has been in to check her or see how her pain is was the two times I went out and ASKED her to come in! This is a level of incompetence that I had not imagined. Not to mention, I over heard the nurses at the desk outside the room stating they each have 30 patients a piece today. What are you thinking, Banner!!
