  • I don't normally write reviews on Yelp, but I was so impressed with the staff and the level of service that I must share! I came in for a Coolsculpting consult and was unsure what to expect. Im new to the area and have had Coolsculpting before. The receptionist greeted me with the friendliest smile and offered me water/coffee/trail mix. I filled out a couple forms and was taken back to the room for my consultation. I didn't have to wait at all - which I would not have complained if I did because the views out the window are amazing!! (the office is located on the 9th floor) The consult was so nice because I never felt rushed. The nurse was so kind and honest -which I sooo appreciated. I got to meet the doctor too. I want my mom to have a consultation with him for a face lift - he does these procedures in office. I was also informed of all the other services offered and ended up getting some botox and booking a facial appointment! I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back for all my esthetic needs AND a massage!!
